ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Inside linebacker Alex Singleton is expected to "probably miss a week" of Broncos training camp after suffering a thumb injury, Head Coach Sean Payton announced Tuesday.
Singleton exited Monday's practice with the injury. Payton said he was expected to undergo surgery on Tuesday before returning to Denver on Wednesday.
The veteran linebacker is poised to return from a knee injury in 2025 after missing most of the 2024 season.
Linebacker Drew Sanders was the only other player on Denver's roster who did not practice Tuesday.
