Broncos players wore custom cleats on Sunday during their Week 13 game against Kansas City as part of the annual My Cause My Cleats campaign, for which players select meaningful causes to represent on their shoes to raise awareness.
Broncos continue Fight Like A Bronco outreach program in virtual format
Though the COVID-19 pandemic has altered the ways the Broncos can conduct outreach for their Fight Like A Bronco program in 2020, it has not stopped them. In the month of October, they held several virtual and a few in-person events to show support to those fighting cancer or who are cancer survivors.
Broncos, youth leagues recognize and honor football officials
The Denver Broncos recognized and honored youth football officials from seven youth football leagues located in the Denver metro area and surrounding regions during the weekend of Oct. 9. More than 200 local youth football officials were presented with individually prepared thank-you cards and a custom Broncos Youth Football Officials Appreciation Coin.
Broncos, Mile High United Way celebrate volunteerism during 2020 Denver Day of Service
The second annual Denver Day of Service, hosted by the Denver Broncos and Mile High United Way, included 500 hours of service across 35 projects in the Metro Denver community on Friday, Sept. 25. The annual, day-long event is designed to highlight the importance of community volunteerism and to amplify the significance of giving back. With a combination of socially distanced, in-person and remote opportunities, 250 volunteers participated to complete nearly three dozen volunteer projects.
Broncos, Food Bank of the Rockies host mobile food pantry at Empower Field at Mile High
On Monday, volunteers from Food Bank of the Rockies, Denver Human Services and the Denver Broncos distributed food at Empower Field at Mile High for more than 2,000 families. Denver Mayor Michael Hancock also joined the volunteers to help load supplies into vehicles.

Broncos help host personal protective equipment drive for Colorado hospitals as part of COVID-19 response
Local residents drop off donations at Empower Field at Mile High during a personal protective equipment (PPE) drive to support Colorado hospitals hosted by the Colorado General Assembly House Majority Leader Alec Garnett and House Minority Leader Patrick Neville, Project C.U.R.E., Colorado Concern and the Denver Broncos. The donation drive is a response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) public health crisis, as PPE supplies are in critical shortage.

Broncos support Special Olympics Colorado at PLAY 60 All-Ability Clinic
The Denver Broncos, in partnership with Special Olympics Colorado, hosted an all-ability football skills clinic for more than 125 athletes on Tuesday. The clinic is inclusive for participants of all abilities and supports NFL PLAY 60 efforts to encourage kids to be physically active for at least 60 minutes per day. Broncos players, Cheerleaders and members of local law enforcement were on hand to assist with the event and lead activity stations.
Ja'Wuan James surprises elementary schoolers with bike giveaway
With help from UnitedHealthcare, right tackle Ja'Wuan James surprised fifth graders at Godsman Elementary by handing out 70 new bikes and helmets. "I'm excited to see these kids smiling," James said. "There happened to be 70 bikes — we didn't even know. I'm No. 70, so it all was cool. It was a good day."
