Injury Report: Broncos estimate Phillip Lindsay, four other players would have missed Wednesday's practice

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos did not practice Wednesday, but they estimated that five players would not have participated in the session.

Cornerbacks A.J. Bouye (concussion) and Bryce Callahan (ankle), defensive end Shelby Harris (not injury related), running back Phillip Lindsay (foot) and wide receiver Diontae Spencer (shoulder) were listed as non-participants on the team's estimated practice report.

Bouye suffered his concussion in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game against the Chargers, while Spencer was injured against the Patriots in Week 6.

Denver did not practice Wednesday after a recent increase in positive COVID-19 cases.

Tight end Nick Vannett (foot), outside linebacker Jeremiah Attaochu (quad), tackle Demar Dotson (hand), wide receiver Tim Patrick (hamstring) and guard Austin Schlottmann (shoulder) were all estimated as limited participants.

"I think Nick's going to be fine," Fangio said.

Offensive lineman Patrick Morris is not required to be listed on the injury report, as he is on the practice squad, but Fangio said the team is continuing to evaluate him after he suffered an injury on the final snap of the game.

"He's getting a second opinion on his arm, so not much more new to report there," Fangio said.

The Broncos are scheduled to return to practice Thursday.
