ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Denver has added to its linebacking corps.
The Broncos signed linebacker Garret Wallow, the team announced Friday.
Denver waived cornerback Mario Goodrich in a corresponding move.
A 2021 fifth-round pick, Wallow has appeared in 35 games and started five contests in his NFL career. He played 30 games for the Texans from 2021-22, and he most recently played in the NFL in 2023 as he played five games split between the Texans and Titans.
Wallow played a significant number of special teams snaps, as he played at least 50 percent of those snaps during the games in which he appeared. He also played more than 300 defensive snaps from 2021-22.
Wallow has recorded 42 tackles, three tackles for loss, one quarterback hit, a sack and a pass defense in his NFL career.
Denver signed Goodrich in June after he competed in the UFL.
