Fangio provides injury updates on Bausby, Hollins after #DENvsLAC

CARSON, Calif. — Cornerback De'Vante Bausby suffered a neck injury in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the Chargers. He collided with Alexander Johnson as they defended against Chargers running back Austin Ekeler on a 3-yard run.

Bausby was attended to by trainers on the field before being carted off before being ruled out of the game. He was also transported to a local hospital for further evaluation, Executive Vice President of Public and Community Relations Patrick Smyth tweeted.

UPDATE [2:25 p.m. PDT]: Linebacker Justin Hollins suffered a knee injury late in the second quarter.

Hollins is questionable to return, the team announced.

UPDATE [2:42 p.m. PDT]: Hollins has been downgraded to out.

UPDATE [5:23 p.m. PDT]: Head Coach Vic Fangio provided updates on Bausby and Hollins after the game.

"Everything's good up to this point," Fangio said. "They're going to give him another MRI here and if it comes out the way they like it, he's going to accompany us on the trip home. But he has movement in all his extremities, and the news up to this point is positive."

Fangio added that he's awaiting further information on Hollins, but said that he was unable to return during the game because of a knee sprain.
