ENGLEWOOD, Colo. --A day after seeing approximately one-third of the practice repetitions, WR Demaryius Thomas practiced as the Broncos continued their preparations for the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday.

"A lot better than yesterday," Thomas said when asked how he felt after practice, adding that he expects to play Sunday.

"Yeah, I do. I think I'll be fine," he said. "We're still going to take it day by day, and see what Greek [Head Athletic Trainer Steve Antonopulos] and the coaches say come Sunday."

All Broncos players were on the field at the start of practice, but DE Derek Wolfe was not wearing his helmet. He watched as the defensive linemen went through their individual drills, but saw some limited work later.

"His neck's sore," Head Coach Gary Kubiak said. "He practiced [Wednesday], it got a little sore on him, so we were kind of protecting him a little bit. He took a bunch of walk-through [snaps], those type of things. We'll see where he's at [Friday]."

Wolfe was the only Bronco not taking part in the individual period. WR Bennie Fowler saw individual repetitions for a second consecutive day, but was listed as not practicing, as he did not take part in any team work during the session.
