ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — With the 105th-overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Denver Broncos selected Ohio State linebacker Baron Browning.

The former Buckeye was a third-team All-Big Ten player in 2020 as he recorded 30 tackles, three tackles for loss, one sack, two forced fumbles and two passes defensed in seven games.

Browning appeared in 43 games and started nine during his Ohio State career. In a fluid role playing both inside and outside linebacker, he tallied 110 tackles, 19 tackles for loss, seven sacks, two forced fumbles and three passes defensed in his career.

"I think I'm more comfortable outside, but at the end of the day I'll play wherever they need me to play. I'll play kicker," Browning said Friday.

The Broncos gained the 105th pick during a trade with the Saints.

They first traded the No. 71 pick to the Giants in exchange for No. 76 and No. 164. They then dealt the No. 76 pick to the Saints for No. 98 and No. 105.
