"I think there's steps, and each day you're seeing a glimpse and you are seeing plays," Head Coach Sean Payton said Saturday.

"If you don't account for him and you try to leave him matched up with linebackers and safeties, it's not going to be a pretty day," wide receiver Courtland Sutton said. "I'm excited to get 'Dolce' back, man. It's going to be fun."

Dulcich participated in the media-viewing portion of Wednesday's practice and began the 21-day practice window in which he must be activated to play again this season.

Safety Justin Simmons (hip), center Lloyd Cushenberry III (quad), outside linebacker Baron Browning (knee/wrist) and safety Kareem Jackson (neck) were also full participants and not assigned game statuses.

Defensive tackle D.J. Jones (knee) returned to practice as a full participant after missing Denver's Week 6 game in Kansas City.

Greg Dulcich is officially back for the Broncos.

The Broncos signed Humphrey to their practice squad after releasing him from the active roster on Wednesday.

Dulcich was estimated as a full participant on Wednesday after being limited in Tuesday's practice.

"He's out here moving around," Payton said of Dulcich on Tuesday. "... I don't want to guess relative to this week's game, but he's close."

Dulcich, who suffered a hamstring injury during the Broncos' Week 1 game against the Raiders, will be eligible to return in Week 6 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

"He's healthy," Head Coach Sean Payton said of Jeudy. "He's good."

Dulcich was the only player on the Broncos' active roster who did not practice, as safety Caden Sterns was placed on injured reserve earlier Wednesday.

Wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (hamstring) and cornerback Riley Moss (abdomen) remain listed as limited participants.

In a feature in The Denver Post, Dulcich said he is focusing on team success over individual accolades and a breakout season.

The second-year tight end flashed star potential in his rookie year and the preseason.

"It's been a lot to get to this moment, but I'm definitely blessed and hopefully I can keep building off of it," Virgil said after the game.
