ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — For the first time since suffering an injury against the Cowboys, cornerback Pat Surtain II returned to practice.
Surtain (pectoral), who has missed the last three games, was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday.
Outside linebacker Jonah Elliss (hamstring) also returned to practice as a limited participant after suffering an injury against the Raiders and being held out of Denver's Week 11 win over Kansas City.
Wide receiver Pat Bryant (shoulder), outside linebacker Jonathon Cooper (thumb) and inside linebacker Alex Singleton (illness) were listed as full participants. Singleton did not play in Week 11 as he recovered from successful surgery for testicular cancer.
Tight end Nate Adkins (knee) was the lone Broncos player who did not practice. He has not played or practiced since Week 8.
The Broncos will announce another practice report on Thursday before sharing game statuses on Friday for "Sunday Night Football."
Denver will face the Washington Commanders on Sunday at 6:20 p.m. MT on NBC.
