Broncos' 2018 draft-pick announcements to feature young cancer survivor, Steve Atwater, Ed McCaffrey

The Broncos and the state of Colorado will certainly be represented well during the 2018 NFL Draft.

Denver's first-round pick will be announced by Austin Denton, a teenage cancer survivor who previously visited the Broncos in 2016 as CBS' "The NFL Today" correspondent. Denton also was a sports reporter for NFL Network at Super Bowl 50 Opening Night, where he interviewed Peyton Manning.

Ring of Fame safety Steve Atwater will then announce the Broncos' second-round pick. Atwater previously announced one of the Broncos' selections in 2016.

Former Broncos wide receiver Ed McCaffrey will announce a pick for the Broncos in the third round. As the Broncos' 2002 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee, McCaffrey will join other former nominees in announcing a pick in the third round.

Denver's fourth- and fifth-round picks are scheduled to be announced at the historic Casa Bonita restaurant in Lakewood, Colorado. Casa Bonita has been featured in the hit TV show "South Park." Broncos Ring of Famers, alumni and fans will be on hand for the announcements, which will be broadcast live on NFL Network.
