Toughest adjustment

"I think the best way to describe the transition for a linebacker to the NFL is the speed of the game is something that they will be basically in awe at," linebackers coach Reggie Herring said. "If you come to this league with exceptional play strength, you will adjust to the speed of the game and the strength quicker. The receivers, the running backs, they're all big, strong, fast and physical. There are no weak links in this league."
