Denver Broncos Cheerleaders announce updated audition process

200312_cheer2

With the safety and health of staff and audition candidates top of mind, we have decided to conduct a "virtual audition" for preliminaries. We hope in doing so, we allow every potential candidate the opportunity to begin our 2020 audition process, while still maintaining recommended measures for the health and safety of our community. Please review the below information carefully. We will follow the strict deadlines as listed to ensure we are adhering to an impartial process.

The new process begins immediately, as virtual audition applications are now open. For more information, please click here.

An overview of the new process can be found below:

Friday, March 20: Virtual audition application opens

Friday, April 3 at 8:00 am: Preliminary application process closed

Wednesday, April 8: All eligible applicants will receive an email link with choreography and instructions on how to submit material for the virtual audition.

Saturday, April 11 at 12:00 pm: All candidates must submit introduction and choreography video to designated site. All videos will be evaluated by Denver Broncos Cheer staff for accuracy of choreography, technical ability, and performance.

Friday, April 17: Top 50 finalists chosen. All candidates will receive an email if they have been chosen to advance in the process. (*All candidates will receive an email whether they have been chosen to advance or not, but we will not be offering feedback for video submissions.)

Audition Finals Week dates TBD: Because of the developing situation it is unclear at this time exactly what week we will be conducting our in-person Audition Finals Week. All Top 50 candidates will be required to attend all audition week events in person in order to be eligible to be chosen as a 2020 Denver Broncos Cheerleader. We will give as much notice as possible as soon as we know when it is safe for staff and candidates to join us at Empower Field at Mile High for the remainder of the audition process.
