ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Following the Broncos' best season on the field in a decade, the team's support staff has been recognized with a league-wide honor.
The Broncos' operations team earned 2025 AFC Travel Director of the Year honors at the NFL's team travel meetings in March.
Denver's staff helped plan for eight regular-season road games in 2025, including an extended trip in which the team traveled from Philadelphia to London. The Broncos traveled to Philadelphia — where they knocked off the previously undefeated Eagles — before heading across the pond. Denver then earned a hard-fought win over the Jets at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium before returning to the U.S. to immediately prepare for a Week 7 game against the Giants. Denver earned three wins in that stretch, including a 2-0 mark on that road trip.
The Broncos posted their best road record since 2015, as they were 6-2 away from Denver.
Led by Senior Vice President of Operations Chip Conway, the Broncos' operations team was honored for the second time since the award's inception in 2010. Director of Team Logistics Adam Newman, Director of Operations and Experience Josh Bruning, Facilities Services Manager Jake TenBraak, Events and Personnel Coordinator Sierra Reed were also recognized for their work this season.
The annual award was voted on by hotels and other travel partners. The Broncos were also nominated for their efforts in 2024.
