ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have made several roster moves ahead of a Week 3 game against the Chargers.

Denver elevated fullback Adam Prentice and linebacker Garret Wallow from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game and also placed linebacker Dre Greenlaw on injured reserve, the team announced.

The Broncos also elevated Prentice in Weeks 1 and 2, and he played a combined 24 snaps on offense and 18 snaps on special teams in the first two weeks. Prentice has reached the maximum allotment of elevations and would need to be promoted to the 53-man roster to appear in any additional games after Week 3.

Wallow made his season debut for the Broncos in Week 2 and played 15 special teams snaps.

Greenlaw, who was previously ruled out for Sunday's game with a quad injury, must remain on injured reserve for at least the next four games. He is eligible to return as early as Week 7 against the Giants. The free-agent acquisition has yet to make his Broncos debut.

The Broncos and Chargers meet with first place in the AFC West on the line on Sunday at 2:05 p.m. MT.
