ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — Following the release of the 2020 NFL schedule, the Broncos sent an email to season ticket members on Friday morning with details about the upcoming games at Empower Field at Mile High.

The email emphasized the Broncos are prepared for all 10 home games to be played this fall at Empower Field at Mile High. The Broncos are scheduled to host eight regular-season games and two preseason contests. For more details on those games, click here.

The Broncos, though, outlined plans in case games need to be canceled or rescheduled in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The following policies were detailed:

  • If a game is canceled or "played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending," season ticket members will be able to choose to receive either a full refund or an account credit.
  • The Broncos still plan to allow season ticket members to upgrade their seats through their seat improvement process. Specific times and dates to upgrade seats will be communicated later in May.
  • Fans will be protected from cancelations when buying tickets through Ticketmaster, SeatGeek and StubHub, which are among the league's licensed ticketing partners.

The Broncos said they will make all decisions based on the advice of public health officials and medical professionals and will remain compliant with local and league policies.
