COVID19 Ticketing FAQ

Updated: July 15, 2020

How are the Broncos handling season tickets during the COVID pandemic?

All Season Ticket Members may receive a credit for next year or a full refund on tickets and purchased parking passes. For Season Ticket Members who would like a credit to their account, no action is needed at this time. Payments made toward the 2020 season will automatically roll over to the 2021 season. All Season Ticket Members will have the opportunity to renew their exact seats for the 2021 season. Details on refunds are answered below.

Will season ticket holders be able to purchase single-game tickets for games during the 2020 season?

If fans are permitted by local and health officials to attend games in a limited capacity at Empower Field at Mile High in 2020, Season Ticket Members will have first priority to single-game tickets and parking passes that may become available. Our ticket office will be in communication with you regarding game and seat availability after local capacity guidelines are finalized. You will be able to use funds already paid for any single-game ticket purchases. For any games you are unable to attend based on local guidelines, you will have the option of receiving a credit for next season or a refund when ticket availability is determined.

Will season ticket holders have the opportunity to purchase their exact seat location on a single game basis during the 2020 season?

Due to unknown seating capacity and social distancing guidelines, we cannot guarantee a specific seat location will be available. Any single-game tickets that become available at the time of purchase are unlikely to be your usual seat location. Once capacity guidelines are finalized, a detailed list of single-game seating procedures will be communicated.

Can I ask for a refund for my payments made toward the 2020 season?

Yes. Season ticket holders can request a refund by clicking on the "refund request" link found here. Only the Season Ticket Member on record can request a refund.

Is there a deadline to request my refund?

Refund request must be made by August 14, 2020.

If I request a refund for the 2020 season, will I still have an opportunity to renew for the 2021 season?

Yes! All accounts will maintain their season ticket member status and priority numbers.

How will refunds be processed?

All refunds will be applied using the same payment method that was submitted for the season ticket renewal [credit card/check.] If multiple credit cards were used, each card will receive the refund for the same amount that was originally charged. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

If I request a refund for my season tickets, can I still purchase single-game tickets for the 2020 season?

Yes. Even if you request a full refund for your season tickets, you may still have the opportunity to purchase single-game tickets if they become available.

What do I need to do if I have sold or transferred some of my tickets for the 2020 season?

All tickets will automatically be returned to the original account. No action is required on your part.

Will Season Ticket Benefits continue for the 2020 season?

Yes! All season ticket holders will continue to receive the benefits of NFL RedZone, NFL GamePass and NFL Shop. Look for a separate email with access codes in the coming weeks.

I have Club Seats. How does this affect my club seat agreement and remaining years on my contract?

All Club Seat contracts will pause for the 2020 season and resume at the start of next season. This means your contract will automatically be extended one year. Terms and pricing will remain the same, starting with the 2021 season. Club Seat Ticket Member must complete the "Acknowledgement Form" here.

How do the Broncos plan to keep fans safe while attending games at Empower Field at Mile High?

Among many increased safety precautions at Empower Field at Mile High this year, there will be mandatory social distancing and face covering requirements for all fans. Announced safety measures include installing bipolar ionization in the stadium's HVAC system, UV-C lights under escalators to reduce or eliminate bacteria on widely used handrails, and 500+ hand sanitization stations. The stadium has also sped up the transformation of all bathrooms to entirely touchless systems, including toilets, sinks, and paper towel dispensers. This is just a start—we will continue to work with the league and stadium partners on best practices to be prepared to safely host fans this season.

Will Training Camp be open to fans at UCHealth Training Center?

Training camp will be closed to fans at UCHealth Training Center. Please know that we will do everything we can to engage with our fans, including increased access and coverage on our digital, broadcast and social media channels starting at training camp.
