Is the NFL planning on playing a full schedule of football at Empower Field at Mile High this fall?

The NFL and the Broncos are preparing to play an uninterrupted schedule with fans beginning with the preseason in August. In preparing to play the season as scheduled, the NFL will continue to make decisions based on the latest medical and public health advice, in compliance with government regulations, and with appropriate safety protocols to protect the health of fans, players, club and league personnel. The league will be prepared to make adjustments as necessary, and the Broncos will communicate any changes for fans promptly.

When is the final payment due for my season tickets?

Final payments are due on the respective dates: Friday, June 4, for regular reserved season tickets and Friday, June 11, for Club seats. Fans with concerns about making payments on time are encouraged to reach out directly to the Broncos Ticket Office.

Has the Seat Improvement schedule been finalized?

Yes. Our Seat Improvement Process will take place beginning on Tuesday, May 26 (United Club Accounts), and Monday, June 8 (Reserved Accounts). Your specific date/time to view available seats will be communicated with you later this month.

Will there be a refund for tickets if games are not played or played without fans in attendance?

If a game is canceled and cannot be rescheduled or is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending, ticket buyers who purchase tickets directly from the club (i.e., Season Tickets) will receive the option of a full refund of the ticket purchase price (plus associated fees) for any impacted games or have the ability to apply the applicable amount to a future ticket purchase.

Single Game Tickets purchased through NFL Licensed Channels – Refund policies for cancelled games:

Ticketmaster: Automatic refunds provided for all primary and secondary sales within 30 days of cancellation

SeatGeek: Refunds provided upon request for all primary and secondary sales within 30 days of cancellation

StubHub: No refunds unless required by law. Credit issued worth 120% of original order. Credit expires in 2022 and can be used on any future StubHub purchase.

When will ticket activity [transferring/resale] be active on my account?

Once an account is paid in full, the option to transfer/resell your tickets will be active. Please note, if you're planning to participate in the Seat Improvement Process, please refrain from managing (view, transfer, resell) your tickets online. Doing so prevents you from viewing available seats during the Seat Improvement Process. When reselling your tickets on NFL partner sites, please review their updated policies for upcoming games. Ticketmaster, Seat Geek and StubHub will pay any resale amounts after a game is played.
