DENVER — After being listed as questionable on the Broncos' final injury report of Week 10, safety P.J. Locke is active for "Thursday Night Football" against the Raiders.
Locke (neck) was inactive for Denver's Week 9 win over the Texans.
Cornerback Pat Surtain II, wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. and tight end Nate Adkins were among the team's inactives after being ruled out on Wednesday.
Wide receiver Michael Bandy, tight end Marcedes Lewis and cornerback Reese Taylor are all active for the game after being added to the active roster earlier Wednesday.
