Injury Updates: Yiadom suffers shoulder injury shortly before halftime

SANTA CLARA, Calif. — Rookie cornerback Isaac Yiadom suffered a shoulder injury late in the first half. He is questionable to return to the game, the team announced.

Yiadom was injured on the 49ers' touchdown with 12 seconds remaining in the first half when he tried to punch the ball away from San Francisco wide receiver Dante Pettis.

Jamar Taylor started the second half in Yiadom's place opposite Bradley Roby.

UPDATE [3:16 p.m. PT]: Courtland Sutton suffered a thigh injury early in the third quarter. His return is probable, the team announced.
