ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — An NFL-best four Broncos were chosen for a league-wide honor.
Guard Quinn Meinerz, tackle Garett Bolles, outside linebacker Nik Bonitto and special teamer Devon Key were named to the Pro Football Writers of America's All-NFL and All-AFC teams, the PFWA announced Monday. No other NFL team had more than two players selected to the All-NFL team.
The Broncos have now had four PFWA All-NFL selections in each of the last two seasons.
Cornerback Pat Surtain II, meanwhile, was selected to the All-AFC team. The Broncos' five All-AFC selections were also the most in the conference.
Bonitto and Meinerz were among the seven players league-wide to earn All-NFL honors in back-to-back seasons, while Bolles and Key each earned their first All-NFL nods.
The Broncos had multiple offensive players named to the PFWA All-Pro team for the first time since 2012, when Peyton Manning and Ryan Clady both earned the honor.
Bonitto, who recorded two forced fumbles and a sack in the Broncos' Divisional Round win, is the first Broncos pass rusher to earn back-to-back PFWA All-NFL honors since Von Miller (2014-18).
Meinerz adds the PFWA honor to his first-team AP All-Pro and Pro Bowl selections, and he is the first offensive lineman since Clady to earn multiple PFWA All-NFL nods.
Bolles is the Broncos' first tackle since Clady in 2012 to be named a PFWA All-NFL player, and he and Meinerz are the first pair of offensive linemen in franchise history to be selected to a PFWA All-NFL team in the same season.
Key — who recovered a crucial fumble and added three special teams tackles against the Bills — is the first Broncos player to earn an All-NFL selection at the special teams position, which was added to the team in 1992.
Surtain, who earned second-team AP All-Pro honors, was chosen for the All-AFC team for the fourth consecutive year. He previously garnered All-NFL honors in 2022 and 2024.
