ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos will be without four players for Sunday's conference matchup against the Texans.
Denver ruled out cornerback Pat Surtain II (pectoral), wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. (concussion), tight end Nate Adkins (knee) and safety P.J. Locke (neck) for the Week 9 game.
Surtain, Mims and Adkins did not practice this week, while Locke was limited on Wednesday and Thursday. Locke then did not practice on Friday.
Linebacker Dre Greenlaw (quad) was not assigned a game status after practicing as a full participant for the third consecutive day. Center Alex Forsyth (ankle) remained limited in practice but was also not assigned a game status. The absence of a game status indicates a player will be available for the matchup.
Denver will face the Texans on Sunday at 11 a.m. MT on FOX.
