GET TO KNOW DBC CHELSEA:

What does being a DBC mean to you?

"Being a DBC and brand ambassador for the Denver Broncos means absolutely everything to me. Being a DBC is an important role, as it means you are a representative of the Denver Broncos, a creator of memorable fan experiences, a leader in Broncos Country and above all, a role model. As a DBC, I feel as though putting on that uniform is kind of like putting on a superhero costume. When we put on that costume, all eyes are on us. Our interactions become something our fans will remember for a long time. I feel honored to create these experiences.

Besides that, the Denver Broncos are very special to my family. My grandpa was an original season-ticket holder, and after he passed away my dad inherited the tickets. I grew up going to the Broncos games with my dad. At a very young age I grew a great love for the Broncos and wanted to represent my favorite football team by being a DBC. At every game my dad would say, 'I can't wait for the day you'll wave up at me from the field.' I feel so blessed that I get to create that special moment for my dad each game."

Who is your inspiration?

"I feel as though I am inspired by someone every day. However, my biggest inspirations right now are my teammates/coaches, my family, and my DBC All-Stars as well as my JDBC squad. These inspirations of mine have truly shaped me into the woman I am today. My teammates and coaches have pushed me to become the most hardworking, passionate, and driven individual. They inspire me to always strive to be the best version of myself, and I could not be more blessed to have the opportunity to grow from them. My family has taught me to be kind and accepting of others, and they remind me to always stay humble and selfless. Lastly, the sweet girls I get to coach remind me of why I had this dream in the first place."

What was the first concert you went to?

"The first concert I ever went to was the Backstreet Boys when I was in first grade. My mom told me I was going to a girl scout event where I had to do "show and tell." She insisted I wear my Backstreet Boys t-shirt so I could tell everyone about my favorite band. To my surprise we arrived at the Pepsi Center, not for a girl scout event but to actually see the Backstreet Boys in concert!"

What is your biggest fear?

"My biggest fear is leaving this Earth without saying goodbye."

What habit would you most like to break?

"I would like to break my habit of being too hard on myself, and remembering to give myself credit when needed."

Are you an introvert or an extrovert?

"I would say I am a little bit of both."

What's up next on your Bucket List?

"I am excited to be launching my own health and fitness blog this summer, and I would like to hike my very first fourteener."

When was the last time you did something you were afraid of?

"The last thing I did that I was afraid of was the 2018 DBC auditions. It's always a bit scary to audition, … but the experience is most certainly worth it. Building up the confidence to achieve your dreams is such a humbling and beautiful growth process."

Any hidden talents or tricks you can do?

"I can touch my tongue to my nose, impersonate quite a few accents, and I love to sing!"

Do you have any pets?

"I don't have a pet currently, but growing up I had a pet beagle named Muffin."

What sports did you play growing up?

"I grew up doing dance, track and swimming."

When did you first start dancing / cheerleading

"I started dancing when I was 3 years old, but my true love and passion for dance began when I was in fifth grade and hasn't stopped since."

Describe yourself in four words?

"Kind-hearted, genuine, inspiring and faithful"

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

"If I had a superpower, I would want the ability to make everyone feel empowered, valuable and loved. I would want to be able to charge the world with kindness and bring an abundance of light to this earth."

In 10 years I see myself…

"In 10 years I hope to continue to inspire others to be healthy in mind, body and spirit by being a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I would like to go back to school and get my master's in health and exercise science, to continue my career even further as a health and fitness professional. I want to also run a full marathon and start traveling and seeing different parts of the world."

As a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

"As a kid I always wanted to be a veterinarian. I have always loved animals!"

What advice would you give your younger self?

"Never give up. You don't have to be perfect to be the best. If you love something, you are passionate about it and you work as hard you can to reach your goals, that's what makes you the best. I encourage all kids to fall in love with an activity and give it all they have. It is the one moment you feel so unapologetically yourself — and there is nothing more beautiful than seeing the look in someone's eye when they are doing what they love."
