Cornerback Pat Surtain II has earned another major recognition.

"It's the schedule," Head Coach Sean Payton said Monday. "It's the sense of urgency. Ultimately, it's the preparation, the details in this game plan and the team we're playing."

"Bo didn't play like a rookie," Manning told the Denver Post. "… I believe experience is the best teacher, and he got great experience last year."

"On the field, [they've been] really everything and then some," Paton said.

"Through those 60, or [however many] games it was, I learned a lot," Nix said. "I wouldn't be the player I am today without each and every one of them — the good and the bad. Even though I didn't finish here, I'll always be able to say, 'I graduated from Auburn.'"

The Broncos received an international practice player exemption for Murtagh, which allows the team to have an additional player on its practice squad.

"It's hard to be one of those upper-echelon teams if you play yo-yo football," Head Coach Sean Payton said. "You know, you lose a couple, you win three. At some point, any one of these teams that win 10 or more games, there's that three wins in a row or four wins in a row."

"We feel we're strong in the trenches," Paton said. "Obviously, we feel like we have a franchise quarterback. We like the weapons we have on offense, and we play really good defense."

"You can see there's nothing he won't do to give you everything you need to be successful," Head Coach Sean Payton said.

A day after setting their initial 53-man roster, the Broncos have officially assembled their practice squad.

"We have this school and have this place where we can start raising awareness first off," Bolles said, "and not only that, but [we're] helping this community of [special educations] teachers to be able to apply to what they're doing. … It's just a dream come true, for sure."
