Broncos inactives vs. Kansas City Chiefs

KANSAS CITY, Mo. —Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders will need at least a few more days to recover from a sprained ankle he suffered during the Broncos' Week 6 game against the New York Giants. The Denver receiver was ruled inactive Monday night when the Broncos announced their inactives 90 minutes before kickoff.
