ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — After a historic slate at Empower Field at Mile High, the Broncos received top marks.
As Denver tied a franchise record with 10 home wins across the regular season and postseason, the atmosphere at Empower Field at Mile High matched the product on the field. The Broncos ranked first in the NFL in overall game-day experience, according to the NFL's Voice of the Fan survey.
"We really re-established a strong home-field advantage this year, and our fans were just incredible," Owner & CEO Greg Penner said Wednesday.
The No. 1 ranking in overall game-day experience marks the first time in franchise history that the team has earned the top spot.
"The way that the fans have been showing up, Broncos Country has been bumping," wide receiver Courtland Sutton said during the postseason.
The Broncos also ranked No. 1 in the NFL in the game entertainment category, with Denver's Let's Glow Back and Super Bowl 50 reunion halftime shows ranking second and fourth, respectively, among all halftime performances across the league. Denver's No. 1 finish in the category represented the first time the team finished in the top five in that segment in franchise history.
Denver finished second in the league in crowd energy, pregame on-field entertainment and season-ticket member satisfaction. The average noise levels at Empower Field at Mile High this season were up three percent from 2024, as Broncos Country responded to calls from Head Coach Sean Payton and the team's players to get loud when the opponent entered the huddle.
"Our crowd has been one of the best in the world right now," tackle Mike McGlinchey said in December. " … The volume that we're operating with … is just absolutely out of control."
The Broncos also finished in the top five in stadium technology (third), game-day staff (third) and food and beverage (fifth). As part of a refresh of their food and beverage offerings, the Broncos presented six new restaurants, 50 new menu items and an expanded Mile High Favs menu.
Denver achieved these marks while also seeing surges in attendance. The Broncos recorded their highest regular-season average attendance in 10 years, representing a nine-percent increase since 2023. The no-show count, which the team continues to announce each week as a nod to tradition, was down 55 percent since 2024 and was the second-lowest total in the NFL.
"It was electric," tackle Garett Bolles said after the Broncos' Divisional Round win. "Our fans are great. Broncos Country showed up big time."
