Two Broncos Earn PFF Weekly Honor

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. –Pro Football Focus recently released their Team of the Month that included four Broncos. Two other Broncos closed out the month of September with performances strong enough to land them on the Week 4 Team of the Week.

After two touchdowns against the Philadelphia Eagles, wide receiver Demaryius Thomas made the PFF team of the week. He caught nine of the 10 passes directed at him and had 60 yards after the catch. The site said that there was "no denying Thomas deserved as spot (on the Team of the Week) even with only 86 yards."

Thomas was the highest graded receiver in Week 4. Baltimore's Torrey Smith was just behind him and also made the Team of the Week.

Tackle Orlando Franklin also made the PFF Team of the Week for the Broncos as he allowed just one hurry against the Eagles and "added some good work when the Broncos ran" according to the site. New England's Nate Solder was the other tackle named to the Team of the Week.

After earning Team of the Month honors, guard Louis Vasquez was named an honorable mention for his efforts in Week 4.
