This date in Broncos history: Broncos win Super Bowl 50

On Feb. 7, 2016, the Broncos took down the Carolina Panthers 24-10 for the franchise's third Super Bowl victory. Game MVP Von Miller tore up the Panthers' offensive line and bothered Cam Newton all night for 2.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, one pass defensed and six total tackles. Offensively, running back C.J. Anderson ran for 90 yards and a touchdown that secured the win. It was also the last game of quarterback Peyton Manning's career, as he would retire from the NFL a month later.
