ENGLEWOOD, Colo. –Broncos safety, T. J. Ward has announced a new community campaign for which he will name one lucky fan a "Boss of the Month" beginning in October. With this campaign, the two-time Pro Bowler nicknamed "Boss Ward," is encouraging fans to #BossUp and be leaders in the community.

To participate in the #BossUp movement, fans must post examples on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or Google  of them being a leader in the community and use the hashtag #BossUp.

On Saturday, Oct. 31, Ward will choose one winner whom he believes has been a "boss" in the community, and give them two tickets to a regular season Broncos home game and an autographed photo.

Ward was given the nickname "Boss" while at the University of Oregon for showing leadership on and off the football field. He has recently established the T.J. Ward Foundation, benefiting organizations that provide the tools for young men and women in underprivileged communities.
