Pro Bowl Voting Now Open

Voting for the 2014 Pro Bowl is now underway.

But keep in mind the voting is a little different this time around.

For the first time since 1971, the Pro Bowl will not be a matchup between conferences. Instead, the two teams will be decided by a fantasy football-style draft.

The four top vote-getters, two players from each side of the ball, will be joined by two NFL.com fantasy football champions to draft players to the Pro Bowl teams.

Hall of Famers Jerry Rice and Deion Sanders will be alumni team captains and assist in the drafting process.

Players will be selected for the Pro Bowl by a consensus of player, coach and fan votes. Each group will count as one third of the total tally. The players and coaches will vote Dec. 23-26 but fans can vote anytime between now and Dec. 26.

The Pro Bowl will be played Jan. 26, 2014 at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii. The game will be broadcast on NBC at 5 p.m. MT.
