#DENvsPIT injury updates: Kareem Jackson returns after evaluation for possible concussion


Please see below for a timeline of the injury updates from throughout the Broncos' Week 5 game against the Steelers.

11:48 a.m. MT: Safety Kareem Jackson is being evaluated for a concussion, the team announced. Jackson appeared to be injured when he made a tackle at the end of the first quarter and later was taken into the locker room for further inspection. Rookie Caden Sterns replaced Jackson on defense.

12:08 p.m. MT: Jackson returned to the game late in the second quarter. Shortly after his return, he made an impact with a massive tackle on Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster.
