ENGLEWOOD, Colo. --Todd Davis worked out off to the side as the Broncos began practice Thursday afternoon in advance of their Sunday game against New England.
Davis saw work during the walk-through period Wednesday, three days after suffering a rib-cage injury against the Titans last Sunday.
Fellow inside linebacker Brandon Marshall remained sidelined because of a hamstring injury; he has not practiced since suffering the injury against the Jaguars on Dec. 4.
Long snapper Casey Kreiter also remains out because of a calf injury suffered on Nov. 23.
Left tackle Russell Okung also returned to practice after receiving a rest day Wednesday. Center Matt Paradis had a second consecutive rest day because of a hip issue.
