How it Happened: Colts 24, Broncos 13

The Colts responded with a touchdown of their own, a 6-yard run by Dan Herron, tying the game at seven. After forcing a fumble and recovering it, the Colts went down the field for another touchdown, this one to Dwayne Allen.

Late in the first half, the Broncos' defense made a big play.

The turnover led to a field goal from Connor Barth just before halftime, cutting the Colts' lead to four points with the second-half kickoff coming to the Broncos.

In the third quarter, the Colts moved ahead by 11 with a touchdown by Hakeem Nicks. On the Colts' next possession, the Broncos' defense had its second takeaway of the game.

On the ensuing drive, C.J. Anderson set up a field goal with a tremendous effort on fourth down.

The rest of the fourth quarter however, the Colts were able to wind the clock and the Broncos' offense was unable to generate more points.
