The Broncos will be without three safeties against the Raiders, with T.J. Ward still recovering from an ankle injury he suffered in the first half against the Patriots and the other two recovering enough for to practice but not enough to play.

To help their depth at safety, the Broncos signed S Shiloh Keo during the week.
