Was named Mountain West Defensive Player of the Week after totaling two interceptions (3 yds.) and five tackles (3 solo) at Wyoming (11/19) to help the Broncos clinch the Mountain Division.

2021: Skinner earned All-Mountain West second team honors after starting all 12 games, recording 92 tackles (66 solo), two interceptions (-1 yds.), seven passes defensed, two forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries... Led the team in tackles, solo tackles and fumble recoveries while he tied for the second most forced fumbles... Set a career-high 13 tackles (9 solo) at UCF (9/2)... Made nine tackles (7 solo) and forced two fumbles vs. UTEP (9/10)... Tied his career-high of 13 tackles (11 solo) at Utah State (9/25)... Intercepted his first pass of the season at Fresno State (11/6).

2020: Skinner started all six games he appeared in, totaling 37 tackles (24 solo), one interception (21 yds.) and two passes defensed... Tallied seven tackles (3 solo) and made his first career interception, which he returned 21 yards, vs. BYU (11/6).

2019: Skinner played in 14 games (1 start), producing 14 tackles (7 solo), 0.5 TFLs and three passes defensed... Made his college debut at Florida State (8/31)... Recorded his first career pass defensed vs. Wyoming (11/9).

HIGH SCHOOL: Skinner attended Point Loma High School in San Diego, Calif., where he earned first-team All-CIF San Diego Section as a senior, leading the team to the CIF San Diego Section Division II quarterfinals...
