MINNEAPOLIS — Defensive tackle Mike Purcell is questionable to return to Sunday's game with a rib injury, the team announced.
Purcell suffered the injury on the first play of the Vikings' opening drive.
Purcell was attended to by trainers on the field before walking off under his own power. Purcell was then attended to on the sidelines, before returning to the locker room.
UPDATE [12:45 p.m. CT]: Wide receiver Tim Patrick is questionable to return with a shoulder injury, the team announced.
Patrick suffered the injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game — his first game back on the active roster after returning from injured reserve.
UPDATE [12:55 p.m. CT]: Guard Dalton Risner is probable to return with an ankle injury, the team announced.
Risner suffered the injury on a red-zone run play early in the second quarter.
UPDATE [12:56 p.m. CT]: Purcell returned to the game on the Vikings' first drive of the second quarter.
UPDATE [1:07 p.m. CT]: Risner and Patrick also returned to the game in the second quarter.
UPDATE [1:23 p.m. CT]: Fullback Andy Janovich is ruled out with an elbow injury, the team announced.
Janovich suffered the injury while making a catch in the second quarter. He left the field under his own power before heading to the locker room.
