Broncos sign Bibbs, waive Barrett

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- **Former CSU star running back Kapri Bibbs has been signed from the practice squad to the active roster, the Broncos announced Monday.

In order to make room for Bibbs on the roster, the Broncos waived Bibbs' teammate at CSU, linebacker Shaquil Barrett.

Barrett was promoted to the active roster last week after Danny Trevathan was placed on injured reserve with designation to return.

Bibbs' addition gives the Broncos' roster five running backs, in addition to practice squad member Jeremy Stewart.
