Broncos re-sign C Matt Paradis, waive TE Nick Kasa

**

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. —** The only Bronco to play every single offensive snap in 2015 will be back in orange and blue in 2016 after center Matt Paradis signed his exclusive rights free-agent tender.

In just his first season on the active roster after spending his rookie season on the practice squad, Paradis was a steadying force for Denver's offensive line. He gained experience expeditiously and had only one penalty in 1,125 plays, according to Pro Football Focus.

Tight end Nick Kasa was also waived. The former CU Buffalo was signed Jan. 25, the day after the AFC Championship. He was a sixth-round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders and appeared in 16 games with one start in his rookie season. He recorded one reception, a 9-yard touchdown against the Broncos in Week 17. In seven preseason games, Kasa caught seven passes for 60 yards with one touchdown. He missed the 2014 season with a torn ACL.
