DENVER — The Denver Broncos will transition to mobile ticketing for the 2018 football season, the team informed season ticket holders on Thursday.
Broncos ticket holders will access their tickets by downloading the free Broncos 365 App or through their Ticketmaster Account Manager on their mobile device. Printed at home PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry.
Broncos fans will receive multiple benefits associated with mobile tickets, including:
• Quick and easy entrance to the stadium using a smart phone
• Improved control and convenience by having the ability to manage, transfer or sell tickets at any time
• Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
"The Broncos are committed to utilizing the latest in ticket technology to provide the best experience for our fans," Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Dennis Moore said. "Broncos fans have used mobile ticketing significantly over the last two seasons with more than 35 percent already accessing their tickets through this method.
"We look forward to all of our ticket holders experiencing the benefits of mobile tickets and will work with our fans to make this a smooth transition."
In addition to communicating this change directly to season ticket holders, the Broncos have begun educating all fans on the mobile ticketing process that will begin with the team's first home preseason game in August.
To further help fans not familiar with the mobile ticketing process, the Broncos ticket office will have extended office hours in the weeks leading up to the preseason home opener. Additionally, mobile ticketing aids will be stationed around the stadium to assist fans.
