Tania Copeland enters her third season with the Denver Broncos and second as senior vice president, people operations.
Copeland is a senior people and culture executive with deep expertise in building high-performing, values-driven organizations at the intersection of technology, sports and global enterprise. In her current role, she leads the full people portfolio including talent management, culture and inclusion, learning and development, compensation and employee experience.
Copeland joined the Broncos in 2024 as vice president of inclusion, diversity and talent development, and was promoted to senior vice president, people operations in her second season. She partners closely with the executive leadership team to align people strategy with business transformation, organizational health and the pursuit of being the best team to play for, work for and cheer for.
Prior to joining the Broncos, Copeland spent close to three decades in the technology industry working in startups and global tech organizations such as Google and Microsoft, where she held global leadership roles across talent management, workforce strategy, M&A integration and talent acquisition. Her work spanned large-scale, high-growth environments, influencing how global teams are built, developed and sustained in rapidly evolving markets.
A Bay Area native, Tania is married to Chris and together they have two sons, Richard and Aidan, and one daughter, Camryn.
