Patrick Walsh enters his ninth year as a pro scout for the Denver Broncos in 2026 and his 11th season overall with the club. Hired by the team as a personnel intern on July 25, 2016, Walsh worked as a player personnel assistant in 2017 before being promoted to pro scout in 2018.

Walsh's current duties include coordinating all player tryouts, evaluating pro prospects and producing the presentation of advance scouting reports to the coaching staff. He also has been instrumental in the signing of undrafted college free agents after the draft.

Before joining the Broncos in 2016, Walsh coached for six years at the collegiate level. He most recently served as offensive line coach, run game coordinator and recruiting coordinator at Humboldt State University from 2013-15.

Walsh has also coached at the University of Texas-El Paso (graduate assistant/assistant offensive line, 2012), Pacific University (tight ends, 2011) and Foothill College (defensive line/special teams, 2010).

A former collegiate center/guard at Sacramento State (2008-09) and Foothill College (2006-07), Walsh attended Pioneer High School in San Jose, Calif.
