Jordon Dizon enters his ninth overall season with the Broncos and second as director of pro personnel in 2026. He re-joined the club on May 16, 2025.
Entering his 12th season in the NFL, Dizon spent the previous three years as a national scout for the Philadelphia Eagles (2022-24). Prior to his time in Philadelphia, he spent the first seven seasons of his career with the Broncos as a pro scout (2015-20) and assistant director of pro personnel (2021).
A pro scout during his first six years with the Broncos, Dizon was heavily involved with the production and presentation of advance scouting reports to coaching staffs.
A former linebacker, Dizon played 28 career games for the Detroit Lions after being selected by the club in the second round (45th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft. He spent the 2010 season on injured reserve before retiring from professional football in 2011.
Dizon played collegiately at the University of Colorado, where he finished his career ranked fourth in school history with 440 tackles. He was named a consensus All-American following his senior season in 2007.
A native of Kauai, Hawai'i, Dizon was an all-state running back on the island's Waimea High School. Dizon and his wife, Chelsea, have two daughters, Mehana and Mahea.
