Jesse Nading enters his fourth full season as senior vice president, strategy & business intelligence for the Denver Broncos in 2026.

In his role, Nading is responsible for strategy, business intelligence & analytics and consumer revenue, including ticketing and premium sales & service, retail and food & beverage. He is focused on building and leading a solutions-oriented and data-driven team focused on directing organization-wide strategies, goals and performance. He has a particular emphasis on supporting fan development and revenue growth objectives for the Broncos.

In his role, Nading is responsible for strategy, business intelligence & analytics and consumer revenue, including ticketing and premium sales & service, retail and food & beverage. He is focused on building and leading a solutions-oriented and data-driven team focused on directing organization-wide strategies, goals and performance. He has a particular emphasis on supporting fan development and revenue growth objectives for the Broncos.

Nading reports directly to President Damani Leech and serves on the Broncos' senior leadership team. He oversees the club's ticketing, data & analytics and strategy departments.

A Denver native and two-time team captain on Colorado State University's football team, Nading joined the Broncos after spending six years with the global business consulting firm McKinsey & Company. Initially joining McKinsey as a summer associate in 2015, Nading most recently served as an Associate Partner out of the Denver office, where his role included leading client-based projects focused on business transformation across strategy, pricing and marketing optimization.

Prior to his tenure at McKinsey & Company, Nading was a member of the Houston Texans from 2008-12, joining the team as a college free agent and appearing in 43 total games in that span. As an active player in the NFL, Nading participated in the NFL Business Management and Entrepreneurial Program with the Harvard Business School (2011) and The Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania (2012).

Earning a bachelor's degree in business finance from CSU, Nading went on to earn his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business after he completed his career with the Houston Texans.

Nading and wife, Katie, have three children: Emerson, Charlie and Henry.
