Ish Seisay (pronounced: SEE-say) enters his sixth year with the Denver Broncos in 2026 and his second as a Midwest area/international scout. He joined the Broncos in 2021 first as a personnel intern through the NFL's Nunn-Wooten Scouting Fellowship program before spending two seasons as a pro/college scout (2023-24).

In his role, Seisay is tasked with evaluating collegiate talent while also serving as the Broncos' liaison for other professional football leagues while also leading the scouting of international prospects from the International Player Pathway Program and all colleges.

Prior to being promoted to pro/college scout, Seisay spent the previous two seasons (2021-22) interning for the team's personnel department. He assisted the department on various fronts, including with the overall evaluation of talent at the collegiate and professional levels.

Before joining the Broncos, Seisay spent the 2020 collegiate season with Virginia Tech as a recruiting assistant. He played three collegiate seasons (2017-19) with the Hokies as a defensive back.

A native of Springfield, Va., Seisay graduated from Virginia Tech in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in public relations and business leadership.
