Dave Bratten is in his 28th season with the Denver Broncos' organization in 2026 and his 27th year in the college scouting department. He currently serves as the assistant director of college scouting after previously evaluating the west area for the club.

Bratten initially joined the Broncos in 1997 as a media relations intern.

A graduate of Arvada West High School in Arvada, Colo., Bratten earned a master's degree in sports management from Georgia Southern University in 1998 and a bachelor's degree in English from Monmouth (Ill.) College in 1996.

Bratten, and his wife Kim, along with their daughter Sidney, reside in Lakewood, Colo.
