Cam Williams enters his second year with the Broncos and 11th overall season in the NFL after being hired by the club as co-director of player personnel on May 16, 2025.

Williams joined the Broncos after having spent the previous nine seasons with the New England Patriots, serving as the director of college scouting (2022-24) for the previous three seasons. He also served as a national scout (2021), southeast area scout (2019-21), southwest area scout (2018) and scouting assistant (2016-17) for the organization.

With the Patriots, Williams helped in the construction of two Super Bowl winning teams in both 2016 and 2018 while also assisting with another team that reached the championship game in 2017.

Williams joined the Patriots following his graduation from the Ohio State University in 2015, where he played four seasons for the Buckeyes as a linebacker (2012-15) under Head Coach Urban Meyer. During his time in Columbus, he helped the program accumulate a 50-4 overall record, including a 2014 College Football Playoff National Championship.

A native of Easton, Mass., Williams graduated from Ohio State in December 2015 with a degree in strategic communications and a minor in consumer science.
