Amy Dee enters her third season with the Denver Broncos as senior vice president of construction in 2026 with a diverse leadership background in real estate development, planning, design, construction, portfolio management and operations.

As a member of the Broncos senior leadership team reporting to Owner & CEO Greg Penner, Dee's key focus is the design and construction of the new training facility at Broncos Park Powered by CommonSpirit. After breaking ground in August of 2024, the $175 million state-of-the-art training facility is designed in a contemporary style reflective of Colorado with a focus on enhancing player health and performance. The facility, opened in summer 2026, will bring together the Broncos' football and business operations in an inspirational, collaborative and modern environment.

In addition to overseeing facility master planning, Dee also oversees facility operations and experience.

Dee's career in real estate and construction started at Netflix where she served in leadership roles for over a decade, including as director of global real estate. Dee led the company's real estate and workplace organizations through explosive domestic growth and global expansion into Europe, Asia and South America.

In 2017, Dee left Netflix to become developer and CEO for a start-up non-profit focused on transforming public education in Colorado. In this role, Dee oversaw all aspects of development, construction and operation of an award-winning education retreat.

Additionally, Dee has led turnkey ground-up development projects in Utah and California and has served as owners' representative for significant facilities projects in the sports and entertainment industries. She also served as chief construction officer for Utah's Powder Mountain ski resort.
