Kilgore has spent the last three seasons with the Broncos as an offensive quality control coach after being hired by the club in 2023, assisting with the tight ends and returners. He previously spent time on coaching staffs with Arkansas State University (2021, '22-23), Isidore Newman High School (2022) and Bakersfield College (2018).
