Trevathan moved to short-term IR

**

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — **Linebacker Danny Trevathan was moved to the short-term injured reserve Tuesday, following a knee injury he suffered early in the game against the Jets on Sunday.

In his Monday morning press conference, Head Coach John Fox said Trevathan suffered "a crack, just above the knee, on his left leg."

With NFL rules on the short-term injured reserve, Trevathan's earliest available return would be in six weeks, which would be at practice on Nov. 26. His potential return to the active roster would be some time in the week before the game against the Chargers in San Diego on Dec. 14.
