ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — In conjunction with USA Football, the Broncos are proud to recognize 10 youth football teams before kickoff of Saturday's game against the Texans at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.

Saturday's recognition marks the annual celebration of USA Football Month in support of youth football across Colorado. In partnership with the NFL, the Broncos will continue to support the USA Football Heads Up program, encouraging youth leagues statewide to practice the proper health and player safety regulations for concussion awareness, heat and hydration, equipment fitting and heads up tackling.

The 10 teams being recognized on-field before kickoff participate in youth football leagues that have proactively become part of the Heads Up Football program. After the team recognition, the youth football team captains will remain on the field to participate in player introductions and will stand side-by-side with Broncos players during the National Anthem.

The local teams being recognized are:

DPS Futures Thomas Jefferson

APX Futures Aurora Central

Broncos Boys and Girls Club

Fort Collins Rams

AYL Creek Bruins

Legacy Lightning

South Jeffco Silverbacks

Aurora Rams

Denver PAL Green Valley Ranch Giants

Pueblo PAL Heaton Hawks
