HealthONE is the FIRST hospital system in Colorado to post ER wait times for its facilities across the metro area - as well as wait times at all HealthONE Pediatric ERs. The ER Wait Time represents the approximate time it takes for a patient to see an ER provider (physician, P.A. or nurse practitioner) after arrival to begin treatment. View Average ER Wait Times

HealthONE Goal: See each adult patient within 30 minutes of check-in at the ER and each pediatric patient within 20 minutes of check-in (far below the national 1-hour average wait time). We will update our wait times every 30 minutes to reflect the average during the past 4 hours. Additionally, we post separate pediatric wait times, which reflect the average over the past 24 hours.
