The Avalanche fought off elimination in Game 5 of their first-round series with the Nashville Predators on Friday with a 2-1 road win. Throughout the series, the Avs have gotten plenty of support from Broncos players, including Von Miller, Brandon McManus, Will Parks and Zach Kerr.

After taking part in the first week of the Broncos' offseason workout program, Shane Ray capped the week by giving back to the Denver community by visiting the Denver Rescue Mission's The Crossing location to donate shoes as part of his Rays Awareness Foundation's Shane's Shoes program. But that wasn't all. He also gave the kids a moment they'll never forget when he FaceTimed Von Miller.
